We at LottoGenius are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Please contact our support team at support@lottogenius.org within 60 days of your purchase to start the return process. You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
If your product includes a physical component (such as printed material), you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. Please contact our support team for return instructions if applicable.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you encounter technical issues with your LottoGenius access, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
